Frequently Asked Questions

  • Please call our office if you have run out of medication before your next scheduled appointment. Reminder: Dr. Cantu will not refill a medication if you do not have a follow-up appointment scheduled. Please allow 48 hours for refill requests.

  • Simply call our office if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment – our friendly office staff will be happy to assist you. You must call 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged at the full rate for your late cancellation.

  • Please call our office right away; if you are unable to give at least 24 hours notice before changing or canceling your appointment, please note that you may still be charged.
